We are seeking  experienced, highly skilled Senior Hair Stylists and  Beauty Consultants to join our elite team in our beautiful downtown Los Altos and Pleasanton locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a  refined, luxury salon environment serving a discerning, high-end clientele. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will deliver  exceptional hair services while inspiring clients with your artistry and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is passionate about  cutting, coloring, styling, smoothing treatments, and premium hair extensions, wigs, and toppers — eager to stay ahead of industry trends, and committed to delivering an  unparalleled, luxury guest experience . Beauty Consultants will excel in  personalized product recommendations, luxury retail sales, and cultivating lasting client relationships .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair services including precision cuts, advanced color, styling, smoothing treatment, and extensions.
• Proven experience in women’s hair services; and stay current on industry trends and master advanced techniques, such as hair extensions, premium hair toppers, and specialized solutions for hair thinning and hair loss.
• Build strong client relationships through personalized consultations and exceptional service.
• Maintain a polished, professional image that reflects our salon’s luxury standards.
• Keep workstations clean and organized in compliance with salon sanitation protocols.
• Assist in promoting additional salon services and luxury retail products.
• Support and collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
• (For Senior Stylists) Mentor junior stylists by sharing advanced techniques and professional best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology License (required for stylists).
• Proven experience as a professional hair stylist, colorist and extension expert, ideally in a luxury salon setting specifically for women.
• Strong expertise in advanced coloring techniques, cutting, and styling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• For Beauty Consultants – background in beauty retail, product knowledge, and client service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
