• Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for potential clients
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings

• Proven track record of sales success within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
• Ability to showcase a sales brag book demonstrating achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
• Strong influence and connections within the eDiscovery industry
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details clearly
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on account management and sales growth
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in eDiscovery and litigation support
• Strong networking skills to develop and maintain industry connections
