Identifying the special needs of each resident and creating plans to accommodate them. Involving residents in planning recreation objectives and goals. Integrating residents into the community through activities and outings. Creating a positive image and establishing good relationships within the community, including press relations, promotional activities, scrapbooks, and displays. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field; certification as an Activity Professional preferred. Two years of activities management experience preferred.
