\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is a client-facing role ideal for a legal professional who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering exceptional legal service.

\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage an independent caseload focused on personal injury and insurance defense matters
\n\tDraft legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, and motions
\n\tRepresent clients at depositions, court appearances, and settlement conferences
\n\tWork collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal strategy
\n\tMaintain accurate documentation and case updates using the firm’s legal systems
\n\tProvide outstanding service to clients, ensuring timely communication and results
\n\t1+ years of experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury litigation
\n\tAdmitted to practice law in the state of New York
\n\tStrong written and oral communication skills
\n\tHighly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
\n\tComfortable working independently as well as in a team-based legal setting
