Job Description

Bachoco USA is seeking a full-time Data Entry Clerk for our Muldrow, OK location.

Summary: Maintains updated information regarding inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Update receivers, transfers, and physical inventories.
  • Perform data entry of received and shipped products.
  • Prepare export documents, weekly closes, damage rework, and adjustment verification.
  • Perform research and problem-solving of issues reported regarding inventory and system operations.
  • Proofread and prepare information for reports requested regarding activities at Distribution.
  • Sign out drivers.
  • Cross-train to fill in for the load coordinator on a short-term basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Skills:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.


Mathematical Skills:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American currency and weight measurement, volume, and distance.


Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of e-mail software and spreadsheet software.


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk, and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
