Job Description

• Operating industrial dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned.
• Manually washing items that cannot be cleaned in machines.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, work areas, and equipment.
• Ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use by placing them in designated storage areas.
• Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.
• Sanitizing areas beyond the kitchen, such as bathrooms and the restaurant lobby.
• Restocking supplies in the kitchen and restaurant.
• Adhering to food safety guidelines to prevent illness from undercooked meats and cross-contamination.
• Assisting with food preparation, handling food deliveries, and even greeting guests or assisting during special events.
