Business Consultants are responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of Franchisees. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve goals that drive sales, profits, and network growth. The role emphasizes coaching and influencing Franchise organizations to deliver a consistent and safe brand experience, promote same-store growth, and prepare for additional unit expansion. An ideal candidate will reside in Dallas, TX. Duties and Responsibilities Achieve operational and business performance goals for their portfolio, as defined by regional leadership. Lead Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review sessions to assess past performance and align future goals, focusing on sales, profitability, and network expansion while maintaining brand standards. Analyze data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions, providing coaching and recommendations to meet goals. Support Franchisees during remodeling and new restaurant openings, coordinating with construction teams and ensuring operational standards are met. Facilitate communication between Franchisees and cross-functional teams to support brand consistency and growth initiatives. Collaborate with the Field Marketing Team on operational updates and marketing rollouts, supporting local and regional marketing efforts. Conduct restaurant evaluations as needed based on performance reviews or other indicators. Partner with the Field Training Team to provide training support to Franchisees. Manage G&A expenses within regional parameters and complete administrative duties promptly.
