We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in growing our business and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services, and supporting the General Manager in various sales and operational tasks. This position requires a minimum of five years of progressive responsibilities, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality. If you have learned the Front Desk duties, overseen the housekeeping staff, scheduled employees, helped maintain and trouble shoot HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and have a successful problem solving record, you are well on your way for this position.
