Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of learner-centered experiences utilizing adult learning theory and design thinking.
  • Develop tailored blended learning journeys aligned with specific roles and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain design standards and templates that reflect diverse learner needs.
  • Design interactive eLearning, microlearning, and video content using tools like Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, and Canva.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging learning modules.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) focusing on user experience.
  • Use learner feedback and performance data for continuous improvement of content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with L&D, HR, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Mentor colleagues on instructional design tools and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, Learning Experience Design (LXD), or learning content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital learning projects.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline and video/graphic tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, Canva).
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theory and Instructional Design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., ADP, Cornerstone, TalentLMS).

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience designing learning for diverse audiences, including frontline and leadership roles.
  • Background in developing eLearning for financial institutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and mobile learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of microlearning, gamification, or AI-driven personalization.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in eLearning development tools are advantageous.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to manage tasks independently while functioning as a team member.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
