Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant/Paralegal
We are currently seeking a full-time legal secretary / administrative assistant or paralegal with corporate experience to join our in-house legal team.
Responsibilities will include:
· Providing support on corporate matters to one or more in-house attorneys
· Preparing, formatting, proofreading and finalizing agreements, correspondence, policies, memoranda, tables, charts, spreadsheets and other legal documents
· Assisting in internal and external document distributions
· Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy files
Location:
Princeton, NJ with Company Hybrid Work from Home Schedule
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
· Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and prioritize
· Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
· Self-motivated, organized and responsible team player
Experience:
·5+ years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal or corporate department
· Corporate law experience preferred
