Captain Andy's is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Marine Technician to join our boat maintenance team. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in marine systems, fiberglass/paint repair, and preventative maintenance. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a long-term, rewarding career-this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role:
You'll support our fleet of vessels, vehicles, and trailers with maintenance and repair work, while helping to maintain a clean, efficient, and organized shop. You'll work under the direction of our Shop Foreman and contribute to keeping our marine operations running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on all vessels, trailers, and company vehicles
• Assist with major repairs and diagnostics under the direction of the Shop Foreman
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Operate a forklift when needed
• Accurately document tasks and maintenance in Helm Connect (fleet management system)
• Support other duties as assigned

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of general boat maintenance and marine systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance and basic repairs
• Familiarity with marine electrical and plumbing systems
• Fiberglass fabrication/repair experience (preferred, but not required)
• Comfortable using digital work order systems (Helm Connect experience is a plus)
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and a team player
• Positive, can-do attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work in tight spaces when needed
• Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment
