Job Description Sr RPA Tech Lead/Project Manager - on site Looking to build a team with 1 experienced UI PAth RPA Tech Lead-Pronject managers at healthcare Insurance company . You have led multiple RPA projects for 2-5+ years of strong, real-world experience of UI Path and know "Best Practices" for UI Path and creating CoE. You have worked on healthcare insurance claims and invoicing and overall revenue processes leveraging RPA.
Previous UI Path Technical Lead Experience is a must-have skill-set for this position. We are looking for a RPA Tech Lead/project manager to coordinate a team to be built and implement UI Path for healthcare claims processing and invoicing RPA processes and solutions. You will coordinate in Agile methodology the stand ups and meetings with team and business teams. This project will design and develop Intelligent Automation solutions that leverage AI, Machine Learning and RPA which you are very familiar with. Nice to have PMP or Scrum master certified or both. You have healthcare expertise
for this case you would be on a year contract we would need to use his References with Claims & Prior authorization, you would build Unattended Bots they do hundreds of thousands Claim invoicing on a monthly basis.
Job Duties & Responsibilities: - oversee the team who is translating the customer's business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions
- Leading the team as they Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements
- Maintain proper project plans and oversee budgets along with documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios
- Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation
- Help provide input on technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans
- Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions
- Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities
- Provide post-Go-Live oversight and support to Operations throughout stabilization phase
Required Experience: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience working on RPA Solutions and projects
- Minimum 8-10+ years of overall IT development experience
- Prior PM with UI Path on multiple projects preferably also knowing "Best Practices" and setting up CoE
- Competency and experience managing significant and effective scaled deployments
- Adept at process assessments, and understand applications of RPA in different business domains
Strong experience overseeing previous UI Path Integration/ Interface projects with Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Outlook/ Adobe PDF/ Web-sites.
Excellent communication skills and client-facing interaction experience
