DirectPing is a fast-growing performance-based marketing agency that delivers exclusive, high-intent leads to businesses in home services, insurance, and more. We’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative who can close high-ticket deals with business owners across the U.S.
This is a remote, full-time role with a $5,000/month base salary + commission . You’ll be selling real-time, exclusive leads that help contractors and service businesses scale fast — no shared or recycled leads, and no fluff.
What You’ll Be Selling:
Exclusive, high-intent leads and inbound calls
Pre-screened, geo-targeted prospects in industries like HVAC, roofing, and bathroom remodeling
Campaigns that are backed by live ad spend (Facebook, Google, YouTube)
Typical deal sizes range from $7,500 to $20,000+
Responsibilities:
Outbound outreach to qualified business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Present DirectPing’s lead solutions and close packages remotely
Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and hit monthly sales targets
Collaborate with our internal team to refine pitch and vertical-specific messaging
Track performance in our CRM and report to leadership regularly
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (marketing, SaaS, lead gen, or high-ticket sales preferred)
Strong closing skills and experience selling to small business owners
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-starter with the ability to manage a remote sales process and pipeline
Must be coachable, competitive, and performance-driven
Compensation:
$5,000/month base salary
Commission on all closed deals (uncapped)
On-target earnings: $100,000–$150,000+/year
Performance bonuses and growth opportunities available
