Job Summary: This is an experienced, individual contributor position which works under limited

supervision and is responsible for executing various accounting functions for the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of all aspects of accounting: billing, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, and various special analysis.
• Oversee payments of all accounts; ensuring accounts are paid on time through Bill.com.
• Create and distribute 1099’s to independent contractors.
• Reconcile bank accounts, perform balance sheet reconciliation, record accounts receivable,
• Conduct remote deposits and account receivable collections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as converting accounts payable
• check system to ACH positive pay, filing of sales and use tax, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Quick books and Bill.com
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor
• Must be a proactive self-starter who is highly organized and able to prioritize and manage
• multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Two (2) or more years in a Generalized Accounting Role
